Warehouse Processing
Most in-stock furniture orders leave our warehouses in 3-5 business days. Exact delivery times depend on your location or the carrier companies, over which we have no direct control. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, and if the shipping carrier has provided a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Backordered Items
For backordered items, we will provide an estimated warehouse arrival date at the time of purchase whenever available. If there are any changes to that estimated arrival, we will notify you with updates.
White Glove Delivery Timeframes
The estimated White Glove timeframes listed below represent transit times after your order has been picked up from our warehouse.
- East Coast & nearby regions: approximately 2–3 weeks
- West Coast & surrounding regions: approximately 3–4 weeks
Remote or less accessible locations may require additional time. We send you the tracking information as soon as your order is scheduled for pickup from our warehouse.
White Glove service may not be available in all areas.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier schedules, weather, and seasonal volume. Guaranteed delivery is only available when specifically quoted and confirmed in writing.
LTL Freight (Threshold Delivery) Timeframes
LTL Freight deliveries typically take less time than White Glove deliveries. The estimated Threshold Delivery timeframes listed below represent transit times after your order has been picked up from our warehouse.
- East Coast & nearby regions: approximately 7-10 business days.
- West Coast & surrounding regions: approximately 10-15 business days.
We send you the tracking information as soon as your order is scheduled for pickup from our warehouse. Your order is delivered to the first accessible, dry area on your property, like the porch, garage, lobby, or front door.
Parcel (UPS or FedEx) Delivery Timeframes
Smaller items in small quantities will be shipped via parcel delivery services such as UPS or FedEx with the "no signature required" option. The estimated Parcel Delivery timeframes listed below represent transit times after your order has been picked up from our warehouse.
- East Coast & nearby regions: approximately 2-6 business days.
- West Coast & surrounding regions: approximately 7-10 business days.
